In 2012, I campaigned that I would not run more than 3 terms as Commissioner. I have always felt that politics should be about service, not a profession. I am proud to report to you today that the county is in so many ways stronger today than ever before. We are financially free with ZERO long term debts and have a strong reserve of capital in the bank. There are a number of tasks at hand that I have been point on and want to see them through completion. I believe there are many good candidates that I will be able to teach the responsibilities of Commissioner so that the residents will be assured a responsible transition as you all deserve. I am looking forward to serving Geauga for the next four years and final term. I am humbled by the support and dedication of the people of Geagua County and will cherish the experience and honor to serve for the rest of my life. God Bless You, God Bless Geauga, and God Bless America!
